- Removed opencodeChain variable entirely
- Removed chain form/list from admin UI
- Fallback now uses the order of models in the OpenCode models list
- Updated buildOpencodeAttemptChain to iterate through opencodeModels
- Removed chain-related API endpoints
- Simplified to just two lists: opencodeModels and publicModels
